Yoga Classes

Join me at the Lowbanks Community Center on Thursdays at 7:00pm for a Hatha style yoga class, suitable for beginner to intermediate students. This class includes a combination of sitting, kneeling, standing on two legs/balancing on one, as well as flexing, extending and twisting at the waist and hips. Often, I will incorporate a breathing exercise near the end of the class as well.

This class is taught in 6 week sessions. The cost to attend all 6

classes is $60.00. While I do prefer my students to commit to

an entire 6 week session, I do permit students to attend on a

drop-in basis.  All I ask is that you do register online at least

24 hours in advance so that I can make sure that the class does

not exceed its capacity limit of 15 participants.

Session 1 will run from March 7th to April 11th

​

Session 2 will run from May 2nd to June 13th  (no class June 6th)

 

Session 3 will run from September 12th to October 17th

​

Session 4 will run from November 7th to December 12th

​

Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and water bottle with you!

You are welcome to bring a blanket with you for Savasana, if you

wish.

Investing In Yoga Classes

Single Class                                                                                  $10.00

6 Class Session Pass                                                                   $60.00  

 

Payment can be made via e-transfer to kineticsbim@gmail.com, or in cash on the first and second days of the session. 

​

Refunds cannot be issued; however, if you are unable to attend a class within a session, you may make it up in the next session. If I need to cancel a class within this session, I will offer a make-up class, or provide a refund of $10.00 for the missed class.

30 Day All Access Pass                                                                $70.00

This subscription provides you with access to an unlimited number of live online classes and my entire pre-recorded VOD library, so that you can practice when it suits you. Your 30 day period starts on the day that you purchase your pass.
